Shipping is charged per order and will be one of the following flat rates:

• $15.95 for small, lightweight items
• $129 for larger or heavier items
• $199 for bulky items that need tailgate delivery

Yes — we deliver to both business and residential addresses.

For large or heavy items delivered to homes, tailgate delivery may be required.

In rare cases — affecting less than 3% of Australian postcodes — extra delivery charges may apply due to:

• Very large or heavy items
• Delivery access issues
• Remote or limited-service locations

If this happens, we’ll always contact you before dispatch.

No extra charges are applied without your approval.

If your delivery address is in a known remote or limited-service area, you’ll see a notice at checkout.

Even then, extra charges are not automatic — we’ll only contact you if final delivery costs are higher than expected.

If an unexpected delivery charge applies, you can:

• Approve the cost and proceed
• Change your order
• Cancel the order before it ships

When this happens, your order ships as bulk delivery to make sure it arrives safely and without damage.

Tailgate delivery means the truck has a lift to safely unload large or heavy items.

It’s required when bulky items are delivered to:

• Homes
• Sites without a forklift or loading dock

When needed, the $199 bulk + tailgate rate applies.

Both options apply when an order includes large or heavy items — for example, if any item is over 22kg or 1.8m in length and can’t be sent as a standard parcel.

Bulk Delivery ($129)

Suitable if you can unload the items with your forklift at the delivery location.

Bulk Delivery + Tailgate ($199)

Used when the truck needs to unload the items using a built-in lift, when a forklift isn’t available.
