1. Promoter
The promoter is Eckert Electronics Pty Ltd trading as Titan AV (ABN 81 097 847 848) of 244 Earnshaw Road, Northgate QLD 4013, Australia (“Titan AV”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must provide a valid email address and mobile number.
- Employees of Titan AV, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
- Opens 12:00 AM AEST, 3 November 2025.
- Closes 11:59 PM AEST, 2 December 2025.
- Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Participants must:
- Submit their email address and mobile number via the official Titan AV entry form.
- Agree to receive Titan AV marketing communications via email and SMS (unsubscribe anytime).
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.
5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Titan AV Store Voucher, redeemable at www.titanav.com.au.
- Voucher valid for 6 months from issue date.
- Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Draw conducted at Titan AV HQ on 3 December 2025.
- Winner will be notified by email or SMS within 48 hours.
- If no response within 7 days, Titan AV may redraw.
7. Prize Delivery
- Voucher issued electronically to the winner’s nominated email address.
- Titan AV is not responsible for incorrect contact details.
8. Marketing Consent
By entering, participants consent to receive Titan AV email and SMS marketing, including product updates and exclusive offers. Unsubscribing does not affect entry eligibility.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Titan AV Privacy Policy.
10. General Conditions
- Titan AV may verify entries and disqualify entrants for tampering or disruptive conduct.
- Titan AV’s decision is final.
- Titan AV may cancel or amend the promotion due to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen events.
- Titan AV is not liable for loss or damage except where legally unavoidable.
11. Permit
