Easter 2026 Spend & Save
1. General Sale Terms
The Titan AV Easter 2026 Sale runs from 8:00 AM AEST on Tuesday 31 March 2026 (Trade early access) and 8:00 AM AEST on Wednesday 1 April 2026 (Retail) through to 11:59 PM AEST on Thursday 9 April 2026.
This sale applies to Titan AV branded products only. The following conditions apply to all participants:
- Excludes clearance items
- Excludes custom orders
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion
- Discounts do not apply to prior quotes or prior purchases
- Valid for online, in-store, and click & collect purchases in Australia and New Zealand
- No quoting during the sale period — sale pricing applies at checkout only
- Limited stock — no rainchecks and no retrospective discounts
- Titan AV reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice

3. Retail Offer — Reward the Bigger Jobs
Retail customers (non-Trade) are eligible for the following spend and save tiers during the sale period. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no discount code required.

3.2 Free Parcel Shipping — Retail
Retail customers who spend $399 or more after the Easter discount is applied will receive free standard parcel shipping (normally A$15.95) on their order.
- Applies to standard parcel shipping only — free parcel shipping saves A$15.95
- Bulk and oversized freight rates (A$129 / A$199) are never included — these apply at the standard rate regardless of order value
- Free parcel shipping applies to online orders only — not applicable to in-store or click & collect
- Australian domestic orders only — free parcel shipping does not apply to New Zealand orders
- Applied automatically at checkout when the post-discount order total meets the threshold
4. Trade Offer — Bonus for Bigger Trade Orders
Titan AV Trade Club members retain their existing trade pricing throughout the Easter sale period. In addition, Trade members who spend $1,000 or more after their trade discount is applied will receive an additional 5% off their discounted cart total.

4.1 How the Trade Bonus is Applied
The Easter Trade bonus is sequential — it is not stacked with the retail spend and save offer. The calculation works as follows:
- Step 1: Trade member discount is applied to the cart
- Step 2: If the post-trade-discount cart total equals or exceeds $1,000, an additional 5% is automatically applied to that discounted total
- The additional 5% is applied automatically at checkout for verified, logged-in Trade Club members — no code required
4.2 Trade Eligibility & Conditions
- Available to verified Titan AV Trade Club members only (Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers)
- Trade member must be logged in at checkout for the bonus to apply automatically
- Excludes clearance items and custom orders
- Cannot be stacked with the retail Easter spend and save offer
- Cannot be stacked with any other offer or promotion
- Trade early access opens Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 8:00 AM AEST
- No free freight is included in the Trade Easter offer — existing trade terms apply
- No quoting at Easter sale pricing
5. Eligible Products
- Titan AV branded products only
- Clearance items are excluded from all Easter sale offers
- Custom orders are excluded from all Easter sale offers
- Bundle and kit pricing is pre-set and cannot be modified or combined with other offers
- Product availability is subject to stock on hand — no rainchecks will be issued
6. Online, In-Store & Click & Collect
- The Easter 2026 Sale applies to online purchases at titanav.co, in-store purchases, and click & collect orders
- No quoting at sale pricing — sale discounts are available at the point of checkout only
- No retrospective application of sale pricing to prior purchases or existing quotes
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sale items are subject to Titan AV's standard Returns Policy
- Refunds on sale items will be processed at the discounted sale price paid — not at full RRP
- For change-of-mind order cancellations or returns accepted at Titan AV's discretion, a restocking fee of 17.5% of the order value may apply. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for faulty goods.
- Exchanges will be honoured where stock is available; otherwise store credit will be issued
- Any promotional bonuses or bundle components must be returned with the qualifying item(s)
8. General Terms
- Titan AV reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel any aspect of the Easter 2026 Spend & Save at any time without notice
- In the event of any dispute, Titan AV's decision is final
- Promotions are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn at any time
- Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Promotional Terms & Conditions
- Titan AV is not responsible for technical issues affecting participation or checkout
- The Easter 2026 Sale is valid for customers in Australia and New Zealand only
- Titan AV staff and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in any promotional competitions associated with this sale

Free Parcel Delivery Promotion – Terms
- Free Parcel Delivery (valued at $15.95) applies to online D2C orders over $399, excluding shipping.
- Offer applies online only at www.titanav.com.au.
- Parcel Delivery applies only to items within parcel shipping limits. Orders containing oversized, heavy, or bulk items requiring Bulk Delivery or Tailgate Delivery are excluded.
- Trade members and custom quotes are not eligible.
- Cannot be combined with any other discounts at checkout.
- Some deliveries may not be eligible for PO Box delivery. If this occurs, Titan AV will contact the customer to provide a physical delivery address.
- Offer cannot be applied retrospectively and is not redeemable for cash.
- Titan AV reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Titan AV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
