Titan AV products come with warranties in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, the following warranty periods apply from the date of purchase:
Standard Warranty Periods
- Cases: 2 years
- Cables: 5 years
- Truss: 2 years
- 19″ Racking: 12 months

- Staging - Deck Surface, Hardware & Mechanisms, Stage Accessories, Finishes: 12 months
- Drapes: 12 months
- Clearance items (incl. Foam): 12 months
Some products may carry different warranty terms. Customers should refer to the relevant product page for specific warranty information.
What’s Covered
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Making a Claim
Proof of purchase is required for all claims. We may request photos and/or return of the item for assessment. Remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may include repair, replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
