Shipping delays & parcel tracking.

by Brad on September 15, 2021

As you may be aware, due to the recent lockdowns across the country, online sales and delivery numbers have increased substantially. Add to that, border closures and staff shortages (due to isolations) and we’re seeing an increased strain on the timely delivery of goods across Australia.

Current shipping demands are greater than Christmas last year!

We’re told by our transport companies - Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, Northline and Toll - to expect delays for a while. With most suggesting an additional 5-10 business days to your parcel ETAs.

We understand this is frustrating, especially to our customers out there trying to run a business and appreciate your patience at this time.

Still waiting for your parcel? Here’s what to do...

If you feel you’ve been waiting too long for your order, we ask that you first lodge an enquiry directly with your shipping company (Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, Northline and Toll). All tracking info required to lodge an enquiry is emailed out to you upon dispatch of your order.

If you don’t hear from them in a timely manner, contact our team to follow up on your behalf.

Please note: the freight investigation teams are also taking a little longer to reply at the moment due to an influx of enquiries.

We do not drop ship! Never have, never will.

Here at VFM Group we only sell what we have in stock! That may sound logical, but if you've ever ordered a product online only to discover you're in for a longer wait because it's being drop shipped or back ordered, you'll know the frustration. That will never happen at VFM! When you order online at titanav.co you can rest assured that the products are in stock at our Brisbane warehouse, ready for Australia wide delivery.

At VFM we pride ourselves on fast dispatch, with most items going out the same or next day. With the overwhelming amount of parcels being sent through courier companies we don’t have much control over how fast your items arrive at your door. So to give yourself the best chance of receiving your items on time we suggest you get your orders in sooner than later.
