What's the difference between a hard case and a road case?
Two different animals. Our hard cases are made from FX-2PP polypropylene — lightweight, waterproof and tough enough to handle serious treatment without the weight of traditional case construction. Think field work, transport and protection without the bulk.
Road cases are a different beast entirely. Built from laminated plywood with heavy-duty hardware — reinforced corners, butterfly latches, recessed handles and castor wheels. They're designed for the repeated punishment of touring: freight throws, stack loads and daily load-ins that would destroy anything less.
If you're moving gear occasionally, a hard case does the job. If you're on the road every week, you want a road case.

Yes. We offer click and collect from our Brisbane warehouse at 244 Earnshaw Rd, Northgate. Place your order online and we'll have it ready for you.

Yes, we ship nationally. Remote and regional areas may have longer transit times and additional freight costs. If you're in a remote area and have a hard deadline, contact us before ordering so we can give you an honest answer on timing.

Our cases come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from touring isn't covered, but if something fails because it shouldn't have, we'll sort it. See our full warranty policy here.
