These Trade Membership Terms apply to Titan AV trade memberships and trade pricing. By applying for a trade membership, accessing trade pricing, or purchasing using trade pricing, you agree to these Trade Membership Terms as well as Titan AV Standard Terms & Conditions and Titan AV Privacy Policy, including any policies linked within them.
Titan AV complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Trade Membership Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies under ACL.
Trade Membership Purpose
Trade memberships are designed for eligible businesses and professionals who purchase Titan AV products for commercial use, installation, production, approved resale, or ongoing operational needs. Trade memberships are not intended for personal, domestic, or household purchases.
Titan AV may suspend, restrict, or remove access to trade pricing where Titan AV reasonably believes trade pricing is being used for non-trade purposes.
Eligibility
To apply for a trade membership, you must be able to demonstrate that you operate professionally in a relevant industry. Examples may include AV installation, production, education, government, manufacturing, IT, staging, events, venues, rental, and related fields.
Titan AV may request information to verify eligibility, including:
- Business name and ABN or ACN, where applicable
- Website, portfolio, or social channels showing active trade activity
- Business contact details and delivery address
- Other reasonable supporting information
Approval is at Titan AV’s discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Titan AV may decline applications that do not meet eligibility requirements or where sufficient verification is not provided.
Titan AV may also request re-verification from time to time to confirm ongoing eligibility.
Membership Levels and Benefits
Trade membership benefits may include trade pricing, early access to select releases, promotional offers, and other trade-only advantages. Benefits may vary by level, product category, availability, or campaign period.
Titan AV may change trade benefits, product eligibility, pricing structures, tier thresholds, and level requirements at any time. Any changes apply prospectively.
Titan AV may exclude certain products, services, bundles, clearance items, or promotions from trade pricing at any time, including during sale periods.
Trade Pricing and Acceptable Use
Trade pricing is provided for the approved member’s business use only and is not transferable.
You agree that you will not:
- Share trade pricing, price lists, screenshots, discount codes, or trade-only offers publicly
- Allow non-approved third parties to use your trade membership
- Misrepresent Titan AV pricing or policies to end customers
- Use trade pricing in a manner that Titan AV reasonably considers abusive, misleading, or harmful to Titan AV or its customers
Titan AV may suspend, restrict, or terminate trade access where it reasonably believes trade pricing has been misused.
Reseller Approval
Resale is permitted only where Titan AV has approved the member for resale activities.
Titan AV may request information about your resale channels as part of verification, including marketplace listings, online stores, or other sales channels.
Approved resellers must not:
- Represent themselves as Titan AV or imply partnership without written permission
- Use Titan AV branding, imagery, or content in a misleading or deceptive manner
- Engage in conduct that, in Titan AV’s reasonable opinion, harms Titan AV’s brand, pricing integrity, or customer experience
Titan AV may review, suspend, or remove reseller eligibility where it reasonably believes reseller activity is misleading, harmful, or involves misuse of trade pricing.
Account and Contact Details
You are responsible for keeping your trade membership details accurate, including business name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. Titan AV may suspend or restrict trade access where details appear inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with verification requirements.
Payment Terms
All trade purchases must be paid in full at the time of order using Titan AV’s approved payment methods.
Trade memberships do not include credit facilities, invoicing, deferred payment terms, or post-payment settlement unless expressly agreed in writing by Titan AV. Titan AV does not offer standard credit accounts or payment terms to trade members.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
Returns, Warranty, and ACL
Trade orders are covered by Titan AV’s Standard Terms & Conditions.
Consumer guarantees under ACL apply where goods are acquired as a consumer within the meaning of ACL. Certain rights under ACL may differ depending on whether goods are acquired for business use and whether the goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use.
Suspension, Downgrade, or Termination
Titan AV may suspend, downgrade, or terminate a trade membership where:
- Eligibility can no longer be verified
- Re-verification is requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe
- There is suspected misuse of trade pricing or benefits
- There are repeated payment issues, disputes, or chargebacks
- There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards Titan AV staff
- Titan AV reasonably believes continued access may cause commercial, legal, or operational risk
Where possible, Titan AV may contact you to resolve issues prior to taking action, however Titan AV is not required to do so.
Changes to These Trade Membership Terms
Titan AV may update these Trade Membership Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of trade purchase applies to that purchase.
