Trade Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Titan AV Trade Club. By applying for and maintaining a Trade Club membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are subject to change at Titan AV’s discretion without prior notice. These Terms operate in conjunction with Titan AV’s general Terms of Service

1. Trade Club Membership & Eligibility

The Titan AV Trade Club membership is intended for, but not limited to, professionals in the following industries: IT Installers, AV Installers, Production, Education, Government, Manufacturing, Musicians, and Resellers. 

To be eligible for a Trade Club membership, you must demonstrate your professional involvement in one of these sectors. This will include providing:

  • A valid ABN,
  • A professional, active website, or
  • An active social media presence that reflects your professional work.

Titan AV reserves the right to approve, modify, or revoke Trade Club access at any time.

Please note: The Titan AV Trade Club provides access to trade pricing only. It is not a trade account with credit terms or post-payment options. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

2. Trade Club Membership Levels

Trade pricing access is structured into three tiers:

  • SILVER – Open to all approved trade members. No minimum spend required.
  • GOLD – Available to trade customers who spend $3,000 or more over any rolling 3-month period.
  • PLATINUM – Available to trade customers who spend $10,000 or more over any rolling 3-month period.

Trade level upgrades are managed by Titan AV and may be adjusted at any time based on purchasing activity. Each tier may come with additional perks, communication, or offers at Titan AV’s discretion.

3. Membership Benefits

As a Trade Club member, you may access:

  • Special trade pricing on eligible product ranges.
  • Early access to selected promos, restocks, and new product drops.
  • Limited-time offers exclusive to trade customers.
  • Direct support from our Trade team.

Membership benefits may vary based on account activity and business type.

4. Minimum Activity Requirement

Trade Club status is intended for active industry participants. To retain access:

  • You must make at least one purchase every 12 months.
  • In active or dormant memberships may be reviewed and downgraded without notice.

We’ll generally send a reminder before this happens—but in cases of inactivity or suspected misuse, Titan AV may update your status immediately.

5. Use of Membership

Trade Club access is granted for business and commercial use only.

Misuse includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Sharing pricing externally.
  • Placing orders for resale without agreement.
  • Repeated failed payments or false business claims.

Titan AV reserves the right to cancel any order or remove a member from the Trade Club where misuse is identified.

6. Communications

By joining the Trade Club, you agree to receive trade-related communications from Titan AV via:

  • Email (including exclusive offers, stock alerts, and news).
  • SMS (for time-sensitive sales or major launches).

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time—though this may limit your visibility of trade offers and pricing status. Service emails (e.g. order confirmations or account changes) will continue as required.

7. Maintaining Your Info

You’re responsible for keeping your business and contact info up to date. This ensures we can deliver orders correctly and maintain your access to trade pricing.

8. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Titan AV reserves the right to suspend or terminate Trade Club access at its discretion, including in cases of:

  • Inactivity
  • Policy breaches
  • Business status changes

9. Program Changes

Titan AV may change or discontinue the Trade Club at any time, including amending benefits or requirements. We’ll aim to notify members in advance but this is not guaranteed.
