Eligibility

• Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Open to all Titan AV customers.
• Titan AV employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Campaign Period

• The competition runs monthly, commencing on the first day of each calendar month and ending on the last day of that month.
• Entries must be submitted within the relevant monthly period to be eligible for that month’s draw.

How to Enter

• Participants may submit one entry per person, per month.
• Entries must feature Titan AV products in use. This may include photos, videos, GIFs, or short clips showing real-world setups or applications.
• Entries may be submitted by:
  • Posting on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #TitanAVGear, or
  • Submitting content directly via Titan AV’s website or by email to marketing@titanav.co
• Entries must be original, clear, and appropriate, and must not contain offensive, unlawful, or misleading content.
• By submitting an entry, participants confirm they own the content and have the right to share it.

Prize

• One (1) Titan AV gift voucher valued at AUD $250 will be awarded each month.
• The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Selection of Winner

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month.
• The draw will take place on the second Tuesday of the following month.
• All decisions made by Titan AV are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification of Winner

• Winners will be notified via the platform used to submit their entry or via email, where applicable.
• Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.
• If a prize is not claimed within this period, Titan AV reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Rights to Use Content

• By entering the competition, participants grant Titan AV a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
• This includes, but is not limited to, use across Titan AV’s website, social media channels, paid advertising, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
• Where reasonably possible, Titan AV will credit the original creator. However, participants acknowledge that attribution may not always be feasible.

General

• Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Titan AV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time if required due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

Data Protection

Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with Titan AV’s Privacy Policy.

Additional Terms

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with Titan AV’s Standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these campaign-specific Terms and Conditions will prevail.
