PU Flat or Base foam is an open cell polyurethane foam, flat foams are a softer, more elastic and lighter weight foam most commonly used in in cases as a base layer or liner for impact and shock absorption and surface protection.

It is best known for supporting our bodies for a large part of the day, in mattresses, upholstered furniture and car seats. What is sometimes less known is that we enjoy the benefits of hundreds of polyurethane foam articles without even noticing. Its applications are virtually endless, ranging from small but essential items such as sponges in the kitchen, medical dressings to large filters and soundproofing systems that keep our environment clean and quiet.

PU Flat or base foam is easily cut to size making it ideal for base layers in Road Cases, camera cases, drone cases and or any case requiring a custom foam insert. Flat foam also has acoustic properties and will absorb reverberation and echo, providing softer, clearer and purer sound.

For small, lightweight items within standard parcel limits (each item under 22kg and 1.8m).
Tracking details are sent once your order is dispatched.

BULK DELIVERY — $129

For large or heavy items that can’t be sent as a standard parcel.
Requires a forklift or suitable unloading equipment at delivery.

BULK DELIVER + TAILGATE — $199

For large or heavy items when unloading equipment isn’t available.
The truck uses a built-in lift to safely unload your order.
