We’ve been sure to add features to keep your gear safe while outdoors and during transport.

  • Front and Rear Steel Rack Rails
  • Heavy-Duty Flush-Mount Handles

  • Material: Lightweight FX-2PP (Polypropylene)
  • Water resistant: Yes

Clever design!

Fitted with a rubber seal our X series cases are sure to keep out the dust, meaning your gear is safe when in long term storage or if you just happen to have a dusty warehouse/storage area.  Also, loading out in the rain will be a little less stressful, just note, the cases are water resistant and not waterproof, please don’t try sailing down your nearest river on the case like a crazy sea captain!

ABS vs Polypropylene vs Plywood

Comparing the 3 main materials road cases are made from and our X series sits right in the middle being Injected moulded Polypropylene.  Not as heavy as plywood but stronger and more rigid than ABS.  It will be a perfect fit for lots of people such as musicians, djs, one man production companies and public presenters.

What is injection moulding?

Injection moulding is the process of taking the material, in our case (pun intended) polypropylene and using forced pressure injecting it into a 3D mold of an object.

What are the benefits?

  • The ability of mold complex shapes and items
  • Fast production and consistent results
  • Low material waste - Only the amount of polypropylene needed is used to make the case
  • Consistent colour and a high quality look and feel

Despite there being a high cost in molding tools and setup times the benefits of high quality manufacturing processes make up for those cons.

Titan AV hard cases have been designed to keep your delicate equipment safe from impact, water, moisture, dust and able to withstand harsh environments. Perfect for transporting sensitive equipment while keeping the weight down and being manageable to carry.
